Danny Boys story begins in a small ex mining town deep in the heart of the south wales valleys. As a 15 year old Danny boy found a thriving passion for club music and the whole scene itself. He picked up a set of dec's and started learning basic beat matching and mixing skills he would later need to progress to a pro club Dj. Being a perfectionist these skills were just not satisfying his taste for the club life so in search of inspiration he left the valleys and headed for london city where the music industry seemed much more clear and promising. To develop these skills even further and gain a good knowledge of the music industry Danny Boy called for the help of london's renoun subbass dj academy. He took a full club dj course and then went on to do the advanced club dj course and with help from tutors graeme lloyd and john taylor was soon on the way to bein one of the most technical live dj's your ever likely to see on a set of decs. Whilst perfecting these skills Danny boy found a new talent in production and already with a good understanding of music and sitting an advanced course in production he took the term DJ to a whole new level. Just to certify his broad knowledge and understanding of production Danny boy enrolled and later sat an apple exam which he passed with a 93% pass rate. To any aspiring Dj or producer this was a big confidence boost and in no time danny boy was putting hard hours in the studio making new and exciting sounds. But ongoing injury's from a tragic car crash in 2002 left danny boy no choice but to put his career on hold until injuries had settled and bones had healed. Now 2011 will see danny boy step into the limelight with a brand new label Down & Out Records and several other projects, this is definately one artist to watch this year and already acclaimed one of the most technical electronic dj's in the country Danny boy is set to take the house scene by storm and rock some of the biggest dancefloor's on the planet.
